Columbia Assistant Brand Manager

Responsibility
• Plan and execute marketing communication strategy for online and offline platforms based on product and customer segmentation and develop localized approach on global brand campaigns
• Coordinate with media and influencers for media buying and partnership activities
• Develop in-store visual merchandizing direction according to brand and product offering
• Assist on merchandizing, product assortment strategy and distribution plan
• Monitor and analyze sales and inventory situations and provide tactical strategy to achieve sales target

Qualification

• Well-communicated in English
• Ability to travel aboard

E-Commerce Manager

Responsibilities
Onsite Marketing
• Design and implement marketing plan and strategies for a whole year including campaign and promotion to enhance website performance significantly.
• Create plans and Execute Social Marketing plan.
• Responsible for the overview of creating content via social media and website including image and video.
• Involve to seek potential seeding influencers.
• Develop goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity for the next year.
• Advertising both online and offline eg drive to store and website campaign to create awareness /represent the website in events, conferences etc.

Product
• Create a timeline for the launch of products on the website.
• In charge to develop on-site catalogue, by adjust page impression. Sale and Operation
• Key Contact for existing partner.
• Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
• Keep day to day operations on track. Analyze, streamline and simplify processes.
• Create reports of distribution performance.
• Maintain and monitor to ensure that all delivery happen on time, and communicate status.

Analyse and Report
• Collect and run existing data for help to create the budget plan.
• Monitor brand performance (P&L).
• Create all the report for the team included, inventory flow, weekly, monthly, shop performance, sell through, product performance, etc.

Qualification
• Age NOT OVER 35 years old
• At least 1 -3 years experiences in online sales/ eCommerce with knowledge related to merchandising, campaign, promotion, customer experience.
• Familiar with Google Analytic and other eCommerce analytic tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to quickly adapt to new tools.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet the deadline and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good command of English
• Good teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of CRM, email marketing and Magento would be advantages.
